Since moving to LA, it has been impossible for me to find a dentist who lives up to the impossibly high expectations I have for my next dentist and their office culture. I was referred to Dr. Joe from a family member whom I trust, and whose smile was all the proof I needed to book an appointment. From the moment he spoke, I trusted him and felt calm and in the hands of an experienced professional. He explained the reparative work and temporaries thoroughly. I also want to acknowledge Maria's leadership and professionalism. The arrangements with my insurance were always handled calmly and kindly. There was an issue with a payment to an alternate provider that we had to sort out. And we did. It is the true sign of a committed employee when they make the inevitable insurance mix-ups an opportunity to show patients how dedicated they are to their care and oral health. They always got me into the schedule right away when needed. A+ All in all, the drive to Montebello from LA might seem crazy to some, but for me, and someone who has seen a spectrum of dentists in the last twenty-some years, Dr. Joe is the real deal and worth every moment of the drive. I'm finally at peace knowing I am in the best hands of an artist whose work with his lab is second to none. And he guarantees his work. After all these years, now that I am a senior I finally found a WONDERFUL DENTIST. His name is Dr. Christopher Marchack. He is intelligent, wise, kind and gentle and he really knows what he is doing. He will never do anything that does not need to be done. I just wish I would have found him much sooner, but I am truly so HAPPY that I finally found him. “This is the first time I've ever had a truly positive dentist experience. I had my first visit this week, and was blown away by the quality of care this team provided. Everyone from Luis who took my x-rays and the front desk staff to Dr. Stan himself was so pleasant, informative, and professional. I felt sincerely comfortable, and really appreciated how much time Dr. Stan (and his whole team) took to thoroughly explain things to me. Dental appointments usually feel so detached, but Dr. Stan obviously cares about his patients understanding their bodies and what is happening with their individual, personal conditions. I left feeling like I'd just taken a dentistry course, haha! Also love that the office is so communicative and give you the option of communicating via text, so progressive and helpful. On this visit, my first visit, I was shown the x-rays of my teeth and the photographs of my teeth to have a really good visual understanding of what’s going on in my mouth. Their team laid out a plan that would keep my mouth in healthy working order. I am a previous heart patient with a stent so oral care can be directly related to heart health and I now have a better understanding of how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. My insurance is an HMO and unfortunately, they were not in my plan, but I have learned overtime that there are many many dentists out there who don’t really go the extra mile for their patients.
