I'm only even giving this place 2 stars because of the OBGYN SHES GREAT but the wait plus the ladies in the front HORRIBLE . I completely understand that they are doing their jobs but to be at a doctors office for more than an hour you might as well go to the ER. I'm definitely changing my kids from doctors office they're always over booking patients and the wait is ridiculous!
I have been coming to this clinic for 6 years and the waiting time for an appointment is 10 minutes. I love it because whenever I call they have appointments available as soon as possible and even on the same day. It is always clean and the only thing I don't like is the attitude of an assistant who works there whose name is Mayra. I think that girl passed her class in a bad way or it wasn't the day the class was about patient privacy... I think that You should go again and take that class. .
Lety is a great person, attentive and humble, she is one of the reasons we as family visit this clinic for almost 9 years. Great service, great dentist and her assistant Alley was wonderful and very kindThank you so much ?
