“Whittier Refrigeration was Highly recommended to us on our Whittier/SFS FB group. Our washer stopped working and our warranty expired. I called Joaquin this morning and he had someone out within 2 hours. He found the problem and fixed it right on the spot. I was a little nervous because it is a front loader and HE and I know they can be expensive to repair so when he told me how much he was going to charge my mouth fell open, I was so grateful. I cannot believe they've been there for over 40 years. Well they have our business we will definitely go there for any appliance repair they also sell used appliances so we will definitely always check with them first. “Highly recommend A+ Appliance! They're able to accommodate evening appointments for those that work 9-5, with lots of flexibility. They give a time frame & the technician calls/texts 15min before arrival. My technician Nick was able to diagnose the issue quickly, gave a reasonable quote, and was able to order the parts the same day. I got my washer fixed within 1 week from initial contact.Originally I went with the Bosh brand itself, but it was like pulling teeth to schedule an appointment, with clueless customer service reps unable to help and long call wait times. “After a gas leak caused the gas company to shut off our gas, we reached out to Perez Plumbing in the afternoon to explain our problem. They promptly came over the next morning to inspect our home and conduct a leak test. They were able to locate the source of the leak and isolate it quickly to get our gas turned on. During that same pressure test they checked all of the gas valves in the house and replaced 2 that we didn’t even know were leaking. We were happy that they took extra steps to test our gas lines twice to ensure our gas system met the gas company’s standards. Gabriel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were informed through the entire process. We’re grateful we chose Perez Plumbing for our problem“
