I had an appt with Vincy at 11:15am on 11/01. However when I arrived, Ivy did my set. I was confused as to why I wasn't given the person I booked with but Ivy did an amazing job. She upsold me on some whispy gorgeous lashes and she did a beautiful style that really made my eyes shine. I won't be going back to get my fill because I miss rubbing my eyes lol but I do plan on booking with Ivy whenever I need lashes for vacations, special events, etc. Very happy with the cleanliness and the service overall. I highly recommend this spot!

Absolutely recommend this for lace for lashes.First time coming here,Vincy was very knowledgeable and sweet I came here after going somewhere else and not liking them she removed my old lashes carefully and gave me a whole new set and couldn’t be any more happier.1 week later and only 2 have fallen out this will be my new go to place.

The One Lash has a very calming atmosphere. The decorations were cute and the pictures were helpful. The staff are nice and offered blankets, pillows, and fans for my eyelashes. I liked having my lashes done here. I even fell asleep to the nice piano music they had in the background. The staff hyped me up and told me that my lashes were pretty after they were done. I’d definitely recommend getting your lashes done here.
