Special shout out and thanks to the mobile kangaroo associate Michael because the 2nd time I had cracked my phone, my charging port needed to by cleaned or replaced, my cameras were acting funky, and my battery capacity was at like 77% they were actually able to get me a new phone and for a $50 deposit fee I was able to take my phone home with me and use it while they ordered my new phone. “Needed my iPhone X screen fixed pretty quickly. Not being from the area, I put out a quote request and began receiving quotes ranging from $60-120. Some shops aren't open and others wouldn't have a quick turnaround. My husband and I just happened upon the Talk N Fix kiosk at the Ontario Mills mall and we were quoted $80 with a turnaround time of 15 mins. I handed him the phone, did my shopping and when I returned the phone was ready. He had me go through the motions of turn the phone on and putting my passcode into to make sure the screen wasn't defective and I was good to go.“
