I took my 6 year old there had a fever and stomach and eaace all she did was give me a note and sent me to the Emergency room where I waited 5 hours for my daughter to be tested for the flu,COVID and had x-ray done and she was fine all they gave her was something to help with upset stomach. I normally go to this urgent care but I think someone else is in charge and they are not good . Everyone who works there is very nice and friendly and the place is very clean .
I've had great experiences here so far. All my family has had good experiences. But for reasonable urgent care reasons like infections or cuts. Any life emergency reasons, would be better to go to ER. Doctor Ashish is professional and truly cares about the condition of his patients. He is a great doctor and also asks to see you again to see how you feel after. I recommend this Urgent Care. Only thing I would say is that the inside of the building needs more color, it feels a bit sad. It would be great if they added more color.
***This review is for walk-in experience only***My Mom needed me to take her to Urgent Care yesterday. I found this location that was close to where she was at the time. Prior to coming here, I called my Mom's primary physician's office to confirm if all Urgent Cares take Wellcare by HealthNet insurance and they said yes. I took their word for it and didn't call the Urgent Care ahead of time to confirm.Anyway, when I got here, the lady at the front desk was handling something at her computer so she had me wait until she was done.
