Today January 2, 2025, was my first time trying "European Wax Center". The customer service was amazing. They greeted me very well, and Chloe was very professional and fast. We got into a very nice conversation. She listened to me very well, and was able to sympathize with me and gave me very good feedbacks. I learned a lot from her today, and made appropriate to see her for wax in 4 weeks. Thank you
This is one of the few MODERN, beautiful, AFFORDABLE suites in Montclair. the aesthetic of all of the suites are so simple and clean looking. If you are looking to grow your business and branch out on your own, this is the place to come! My partner and I have been renting a suite here for a few months and the owners make it so easy for us to succeed. They have been so intentive for all of our needs, and even have gifted us things and share advice on building a community and building our business. We love it here, and you will too!
Brenda, an RN aesthetician, is amazing! She offers a wide array of services with professionalism and warmth. I highly recommend her for her wonderful skills, knowledge, and communication skills!
First time being here and I didn't know what to expect. I just knew that I personally have oily hair on my scalp and super dry hair at the bottom due to bleaching. I wanted some kind of solution or insight as to what I can do to my oily/dry situation. The lady who worked on my hair did a fantastic job of cleaning my scalp. I could immediately feel it was thoroughly cleaned and my scalp didn't get oily until 3-4 days later (I typically would get oily hair the next day before). She also gave me suggestions on how to wash my hair and how to apply shampoo for my condition. Very sweet and attentive! Wish I could experience the facial treatment but we were low on time so we just focused on my scalp instead. I would love to come back and do another session :)! Side note: There was also abundant parking!

Costco optometrist, my trusty sidekick in my quest for fashion forward clear vision. This is the second time I have used Costco for my eyewear needs. I brought in my own frames, they sent them out, I asked for the mirror finish, transition, and a week later, I was walking out of Costco with compliments and winks. Shout out to the staff. Appreciated the personalized care and attention I received when I placed my order.
Great place to buy supplies for plumbing. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to order the item needed to the store, so I didn't have to drive around to another one of their store locations. Went in later for another item and they didn't have in stock, but Mike was great he referred me to another location nearby that was able to help me with the item needed. Definitely good prices and I feel like I am getting the supplies I need with expert advice unlike the other nearby box stores.

I have been going to Dr. Lu for over 10 years and he and his staff always do a great job whether it's for glasses or contacts. If I need adjustments, I can just drop in and they are very willing to make sure my glasses fit perfectly.
During a conversation with Tom, he said he was tired of dealing with these younger kids that get nauseous and have to use those disposable bags when the pain becomes too much for them. Tom charged A teenager 300 for a hand tattoo, only completed the outline, and when the teenager needed to use one of the bags, he said he was done with the session and that the teen needed to get out. The teen of course asked for at least half of his money back so he could go elsewhere or if Tom would give him a few minutes to gather himself. Tom refused and said that having to deal with someone like that was his compensation. so, if you need a hand outline done for 300$, Toms your man. I understand that there are some people out there that can't handle the pain depending on where the tattoo is. but kicking a younger client out because of their low pain tolerance, keeping their money and expecting them to be totally fine is just outta line! I do know the others there are some good artists. sorry u gotta have a co worker like that..
Target Optical is Montclair is just as amazing as their staff. Lots of options! Even the new smart Raybands, lots of great brands and the staff is friendly and helpful. They make perscription glasses buying made easy. My go to place.

This was my first time at the salon. I moved here 6 months ago and have had trouble finding a good shop. Kevin and Mary are very warm and welcoming. They also have regulars that seem to love them too! I had a gel pedi, I didn’t get her name, but she did a beautiful job! Kevin did my dip mani and Mary added the flowers. I am in love with my nails and definitely returning. My fiancé loves them also. Thank you for a great experience and showing you care about everyone that walks through your doors. Saw a bad review on here and thought I would leave mine! I love the service and everyone is so friendly. If you ever have any issues they will fix free of charge. Also Linda has done my eyebrows and they came out perfect. I always love my acrylics and pedis. They are upfront with price from the beginning. And if you don’t know just ask!

I’ve been coming here for 30 years. Sometimes you have to wait, but great prices. Be patient. The shop has not been updated, but I don’t mind, because they keep their prices so low. I prefer affordable over lavish.

I normally go with Stephanie, but since she wasn't in I went with Amy and I gotta say I had the best experience with Amy. I love her massages. I love everything about what she does with a pedicure. I think that should say enough. I love coming to this place. I recommend any woman that wants a great pedi or manicure fill's etc.. Come to Montclair Nails. This place is a gem! Today was my first visit and everyone was so sweet, gentle and welcoming. Yo-yo and Kim worked on my nails today and did the most beautiful job ever!!! To top it off Yo-yo gave me a wonderful little hand massage and some beautiful earrings as a gift for it being my first visit! I am definitely recommending this place to my family and friends!!!! I had an appt with Vincy at 11:15am on 11/01. However when I arrived, Ivy did my set. I was confused as to why I wasn't given the person I booked with but Ivy did an amazing job. She upsold me on some whispy gorgeous lashes and she did a beautiful style that really made my eyes shine. I won't be going back to get my fill because I miss rubbing my eyes lol but I do plan on booking with Ivy whenever I need lashes for vacations, special events, etc. Very happy with the cleanliness and the service overall. I highly recommend this spot!

Took my two boys here for haircuts after my husband went to Angel and had a great experience. She's reasonably priced and did a great job! My son has been begging us for a Mohawk and she did it in a way that we can let him wear it down or up depending on the occasion. He l o v e d it! He couldn't stop looking at himself and keeps talking about how much he likes it. We will be back.

I bring my son here , I like for him to sit with Paulina. She is very patient with him, he is 7 now and can sit through a hair cut a lot better but he used to cry and she just continued to work with him. I normally call about 30 min before arriving and we have never really waited to long.
Enisha was great! Very friendly, made sure I felt comfortable (with pain level) and did a great job threading my eyebrows. I was in search for a place to stop by because I needed to do my eyebrows and was not near my home and this turned out to be great place to stop. Would definitely come to her again! :)
I decided to make the "big plunge" and start to embrace my grays going into my 50th year of life. Mia was an absolute doll so professional!! I live in Arizona she took the time to do a couple of phone consultations with me and explained my options. Today she did not disappoint she explained everything from the beginning to the end and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing.. she was worth the 5 hour trip and I will 100% be coming back!

I've been coming here for 3 years to get my lashes done by Kathy!! She is professional, so nice, has flexible time, and does a great job. She is so fast yet makes my extensions look perfect. Definitely recommend getting lash extensions by Kathy!! The interior is big, clean, simple, and relaxing. She also offers other services like facials.
This is the ONLY place I will allow to do my lashes. I have been coming here since 2018 and I have never been disappointed. I drive from Lake Elsinore, so I cannot come as often as I'd like, but it's always worth it. I usually go to Tien, but based on the reactions of other clients, I can tell the other ladies working here do a fantastic job as well. Tien does such a great job that they last me a long time, which is great given the distance I travel. She is the kind and patient, always a pleasure. Pardon the messy lipstick, but lashes looks great!

I have been following this page for a while and after seeing a special run by one of their artists for lettering I decided to take a leap and get my first tattoo!
I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Booking was simple and easy, there was great communication in regards to the appointment and what the process would be like, upon arriving everyone was super friendly and the check in process was fast and easy. I was able to have numbing cream applied which hasn’t been available at other shops I reached out too which was a major plus. I have a tendency to pass out both from anxiety and from pain but Ray was very kind, patient, and understanding with me for the entire process.
Any other client probably could have been done faster but I wanted numbing cream and needed a short break half way through (I got dizzy accidentally honestly didn’t even realize holding my breath ?) but he didn’t seem to be bothered at all and made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the entire process which I appreciated because I wasn’t made to feel like I was being a burden or dramatic!
I already have a few more pieces in mind and will
definitely be back to get more pieces done by Ray!

I've been thinking about getting a new tattoo for a while and remember coming here a few years ago for the Friday the 13th tattoo sale, I walked in to make an appointment and met Jesus there. He booked me right away and when the day came, he took the time to find the perfect font and size for me! I came in with an idea, but he turned it into something better! He also made sure to find the perfect location and that it was to my liking. He also made sure I was comfortable even though I was nervous! He took about an hour for both, and I absolutely love them! Jesus did such an amazing job and I will definitely be returning soon! Thank you Killer Tattoos!

I recently had a new 50 gallon tank water heater installed by Sweetwater, after obtaining three quotes. They gave me the best price and promptly installed a quality product. Unfortunately, we had a problem and it took a several trips to diagnose and correct it. But John (owner) was very responsive and took full responsibility. Turned out the internal baffle (vent) had dislodged (probably during shipping), which is not common. Long story short, John came out to our house himself, found the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied and would recommend this company.

The Plumbers Connection just completed a repiping of my small home (January 2024) and I couldn't be happier with this work. David responded quickly to my original call regarding a slab leak, explained the issues, offered options, and followed up with a very reasonable cost estimate in writing. He completed the work in three days, as promised. David worked a 12-hour day on Day 3 just to make sure the job was completed before he left. All debris, including the old water heater, was removed at the end of the project - it was dark by then, but not a stray bit of pipe was overlooked. The garage and house were left is pristine condition. I won't hesitate to recommend The Plumbers Connection to family and friends.

Excellent work and good to work with! Frank does detailed tile work, and communicates well. His prices are reasonable and he is one of the few people we called who even bothered to call back! He stick to his initial quote pricing, and was willing to work with changes. We hired him to do one shower, and now he has remodeled all three of our bathroom, fully tiling the showers and tub, repaired a wall, painted and did plumbing. He works with a general contractor so he is able to take on a variety of jobs. We enjoyed working with Frank and will do so any time we have another project!Services: Drywall repair

Axel's fabrication of the vanity tops was perfection. Javier, Eli and Sam started the project with a bag and made sure our home stayed cleaned and protected. And last but not least, thank you to Alyssa. She kept things moving and checked on the project regularly. When we wanted to add things to our project she worked it out for us. We were informed frequently on the next steps. We now have an updated, beautiful and well functioning home thanks to Kitchen Medic!

This company was beyond professional. I loved my remodel. They did flooring and redid my entire kitchen. Biggest nightmare when dealing with contractors is them actually showing up when they say they will. This company has the best project management and shows up when they say they're going to show up. Communication on point as well as coming back to fix any little minor detail . I paid them off when the job was complete and they still ordered an additional part for my kitchen and came back and fixed it right away. They guarantee their work and will come back which I love. Jonescape did an excellent job on our front yard. Jon and his crew were very professional and showed up on time and cleaned up each day. My wife and I were very pleased on how everything turned out. I wanted a large dry river bed with large boulders and my wife wanted beautiful California native plants. Jon listened to our ideas and offered suggestions based on his experience. He gave us exactly what we wanted. I will definitely be using Jonescape again for future projects.

Dr.Francis was my last hope after years of chronic pain and difficulty walking due to osteoarthritis in my left hip and low back. I have seen many chiropractors over the years and Dr. Francis is one of the best. He has a large set of techniques to help the body restore itself. On my first visit I limped into his office with a frozen left hip and thigh and felt improvement after the first session. Each session since has led to improvement, especially with the release of trigger points in my thigh and low back. Today I feel like I may be able to walk normal again as my gait is almost normal with little to no pain and my hip swings more freely. I highly recommend Dr. Francis.
