Ryan has done a lot of work for me in the last couple of years. We have been very pleased with his work. A few highlights...
1. A+ opinions. He would actively push back when he thought one of my ideas was bad. Sometimes that meant more work for him, sometimes that meant less. But he would only push back when it was truly not a good idea, structurally or procedurally.
2. A+ attention to detail - he and his team have excellent attention to detail. In the past, in any major work I've had done, I had to do most of the hard thinking.
