Traci has that excellence vibe. She's super friendly and communicative over text when scheduling appointments. I asked for a short, low maintenance summer haircut that I could put up into a ponytail because I need to put it up for sports and working out, and Traci delivered. You can tell she's incredibly skilled at what she does and she has a great eye for style.
