They are truly compassionate once they hear your uniquely human condition and the story that brought you in. They look you in the eye, they acknowledge your pain (physical, emotional and financial) with absolute human kindness. Then, after all of this, they are fully committed to working with you and within their system to give you the health-CARE you need. I could not pay fully for their services and knowing this about me, worked tirelessly with computers, staffers and providers to get me in to the the doctor (Nicole Vaccarello) and get me taken care of. This place is full of true healers in all respects. They treat mind, body and soul beautifully and most professionally.“

“I took my 4 months baby there today and the office was very clean and organized. The nurse and the doctor are awesome they answered all my questions and were very gentle with my baby girl. She had her 4 months vaccines and it went very smooth.I will for sure keep going to them and I recommend all moms to take their babies there.“

“Dr. Chen has been my doctor ever since I was a newborn. He was my main physician but too bad I'm almost 20 years old and he only sees newborns to children to teens and I can't find the same doctor as he was. I hope I can find a family doctor similar to his experiences! He is a good doctor with over 30 years old of experience. He was my sibling's doctor too. His physician assistant is very friendly and we built a relationship with her ever since. She also speaks various languages such as Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Since there are only two people (him and his PA) sometimes you wait at least 30 mins before you can see him.“

“Central city community health center is one of the best places you can go to for reliable, quick, and professional services.<br><br>The team here really is on top of the game!<br>From being compassionate and understanding with there patients all the way to making a difference in the experience to make it meaningful for people to return.<br><br>They have every practice needed for a one stop clinic.<br>Sick kids? They got you!<br>Podiatry? They got you!<br>Family practice? They got you!<br>Prenatal care? They got you!<br><br>Everyone is so informed from front desk, all the way through triage, care plan, labs, and follow up/check out.<br><br>The amount of times I heard patients talking to employees about their families and making real connections was definitely worth noting.<br><br>I had the privilege of being placed here for my CPT license and I would recommend that everyone who can be placed here, do so by reaching out to the team.<br><br>Fernando and Leslie were both very knowledgeable about their roles in Phlebotomy in the medical field. They knew the best ways to set up the environment to make it more understandable for students who come here and gain confidence and clarity in knowing their role. They both went the extra mile to ensure that not only were they focused on making sure their patients and coworkers were never left unassisted, they still completed the task of supporting their students at every draw.<br><br>I appreciate Araceli, mayra, and so many other of the girls in the back who were so nice to assist with me and my experience there.<br><br>Thank you Central City Community Health Center for being such a strong team!“

“Best doctors ever Mr. Kpaduwa delivered my two premature babies and my third one I had gestational diabetes. Wouldn't go anywhere else any other doctor would have said C-section for my premies but this dr understood heard me and developed the best plan of care for a safe quick regular delivery. My babies then received exceptional care by Mrs. Kpaduwa who continues to provide us with the best care. She is thorough and always gets the infections under control even after going to the hospital and them not getting it right. Thank you both for the high level of care. Annie is also the best always listens and goes through every question thoroughly. The ladies Anita and the rest of the nursing staff are also a pleasure. I am glad this office takes I'm walk ins makes it easier to get your children good quality care than to take them to urgent care and waste your money. My previous doctors office had me waiting in the lobby for an hour, but here I'm taken with 5 minutes.The staff is always polite and kind especially the front desk, Rose and Genesis and the back office nurses Maria and Alex! My doctor is Dr. Madatovian and he makes sure that I'm leaving even better than when I came in. Karine the lab nurse is so sweet and gentle when taking my blood or giving me a shot, you can barely feel a thing!
