I was so very pleased that Dr. Dao was able to graciously fit me in to her busy schedule on what was to me, an extreme issue. I emailed the office on a Sunday evening explaining my issue and was contacted first thing on Monday morning. Her staff efficiently and quickly scheduled the appointment. One of my biggest fears is the dentist. The staff are so kind, gentle and patient. They quickly addressed my issue.
No more fear in going to dental appointments. Dr. Dao and her team are the best. Attentive to their patients needs and most importantly Dr Dao has gentle hands when treating patients. Easy to make appointment , the clinic is clean and well organized.
Since leaving my pediatric dentist and coming to Monrovia Dental Care, I've never felt compelled to write a review. Simply because it is a simple dental office, I've never had a bad experience but I've never had an experience that I felt warranted a review, until today.
Today I was cared for by my regular dentist but by a new dental technician, Jocelyn. At first, I thought she must have been new as I had never met her. But I was pleasantly wrong. She has been at this clinic for quite some time but is usually helping with surgery cases instead of regular cleanings. She was quite familiar with both of my parents.
