My Jeep was dropped off at the dealership June 17 and picked up September 20.
The 12v battery, EV battery, and a module were replaced. Took long because dealership was waiting on the approval of parts by the Star engineering department.
Dealership did keep me informed the whole time. Which I appreciate.
I know it was not their fault that it took 3 months to get my Jeep back, but the process of waiting on parts to be approved is ridiculous. Jeep Definitely needs to make changes to the way Star engineering does their approvals. I give star engineering 0 stars.

I contacted Mario a day or two before I was able to come in and look at a Wrangler. After a long day of work, he met up with me and went through the process. I knew it was what I was looking for and jumped on it. He knew the previous owner who traded it in as well, so there was a story and reliability trust behind the purchase. I have bought many cars before, and I can say this was one of the easiest, straight-forward, and friendliest encounters I have had. Highly recommend this dealer!
