Currently this business is working on trees that come from our property to our neighbors. When asked what the work order, was we were hit with homophobic slurs for merely asking a question. To get this as a response is irrelevant and discrimination. This business does not belong in a city such as Monrovia, or any other city in the state of California.Service: Tree trimming & pruning

We need businesses that support respect and kindness. This is not that business.Follow up: I saw the police called on this business for harassment of a neighbor of mine.Also, he obviously doesn’t even read the reviews since I didn’t claim to be a costumer. Just a witness to their unprofessional behavior.

I can only evaluate this business based on reliability. We set up an appointment for an arborist to come to look at our tree, but at the last minute they had vehicle problems and couldn't keep the appt. Normally not a problem but they assumed the phone number I called from was a cell phone number. It was a work number. I got off of work to meet them and they didn't show. Made another appt for the next week and again no show, no call. Don't waste your time with this company. If they can't keep a consultation appt, they may be a no show for a job.
