We agreed on a price and things to be done, and then she blamed me on miscommunication even though I said I wanted xyz multiple times. She was like no, you meant xyz. This was the tailoring part. Im sure dry cleaning is fine. If you go in, make sure you write it down and make a copy for yourself. I want xyz.

I wanted to wear this dress I have for a wedding, but my bra was too visible. I took my dress here to shorten the straps. The wedding was starting in 4 hours! I was in such a rush and so worried. Went in and showed the lady what I needed. I knew it was a last minute fix so a no would be understandable. She wasn't hesitant and fixed my dress. She did exactly what I wanted. a THANK YOU!! also thank you for fixing my dress on such short notice! Will absolutely be back.

Good service. I like the fact that I can reschedule delivery and reach an actual person by SMS or phone instantly. Suggestion from a regular customer: please relaunch the option to have drycleaned shirts folded and boxed - ready for traveling. Thanks!
