They take your deposit and get you Rob owe money to clean up the place you rented. Justified as painting and repairing etc. Even as we left the property immaculate with walls painted that had nail holes we were told it they needed to professionally clean the floors. This was apparently costing the amount of our rent.

I have had the opportunity to work with Sweet Properties on two commercial rentals. They are professional and responsive to any issue I ever brought to their attention. They are friendly and fair minded. I would recommend them for sure.

Very professional and upfront. Easy to rent from. I rented a home from them and didn't have many issues but when I did they were prompt to get it taken care of. I would rent from them again.
