I was iffy when arrived, but the moment I stepped in they were all nice and kind. The exam was very thorough and the help I got from the front desk girl was great I was very satisfied with their service and customer care.

I've been here a couple times this year alone, with my mom, sister and friend. I can say I would recommend Dr. Portillo. The staff is really nice and I seen a big improvement from a couple years ago. The women working behind the scenes are friendly, patient and quick to assist. Each one of us, including myself, was able to make appointments fairly soon and didn't have to wait for a very long time. Portillo was able to see my mom's eyes were a little off and referred her to a specialist. All of the new prescriptions we had are also very clear and correct. The last time I came here I had a very different experience to the ones I had and witnessed and I was not satisfied...read full review
