We had an excellent experience with Ray's carpet. Tonya and Sonia are so knowledgeable. They were both instrumental in helping us pick out the perfect carpet. They were so patient as we took a lot of time to choose what would work for us. The installation went smoothly. The installers were professional and friendly. They cleaned every up before leaving. They even swept our hall!
From start to finish, Sonia provided exceptional customer service. She listened to our needs and tastes and led us to the perfect luxury laminate as well as the best carpet for our tastes and needs. She was professional in all aspects and intervened on our behalf when there was a shipping issue. We love our new floors and couldn't be more happy with our experience at Ray's Carpets as well as with Sonia!
In-store personnel very friendly and helpful. Large selection and very fair prices. Installation crew were very neat and professional. Would not hesitate to use them again should need arise
