I always have great experiences here, appointment placing is easy when done over phone, check-in verification is quick and my visits have begun right on time- I've never had more than a couple minutes wait. Im able to request multiple services in a single visit, and the free condoms at the end of the visit is a thoughtful touch that encourages teen-adults to use protection, the facility is clean, nurses practice good hygiene and the appropriate equipment is sterile. The cleanest and fastest visit I’ve ever had at a planned parent hood. Wasn’t waiting in my room for over an hour like the other location. I was in and out literally in 30 mins. The staff was also very friendly
10 out of 5 stars. I really couldn't imagine a better resource for this community to have. Planned parenthood gives anyone who is scared and in a tough situation (like myself), some peace of mind. All of the over-the-phone representatives and in-person clinic staff were kind, respectful, and efficient. Easy to make an appointment. Great appt availability. No wait times in office. Caring and well-educated staff members. Quick lab test results. Above and beyond patient privacy.
