I came here for a massage with Misty. She’s very good on what she does. She told me right away that she doesn’t do a relaxation massage and it’s true. But she helped me with my shoulder which was bothering me for quite sometime. She loosen the knots, it hurts but after 3 days, my shoulder felt much better. I’ll definitely keep her as my massage therapist.

I went in for a massage with Misty last week. I had some issues going on other my lower back due to a car accident and a lot of tightness in my shoulder/shoulder blades. I thought that the issues in my lower back would require medical attention, but thought I would give this a shot first, as Misty has helped me with other issues in the past. Since the massage I have had no issues with my lower back, and the tightness in my shoulder is gone! Misty's process with deep tissue is a little painful, however the results cannot be matched. Had a massage with Misty today. She really gets in there and works out your knots. I have suffered for many years from pain due to injuries. After todays session I feel much better. Even my energy levels are up. If you suffer from pain I definitely recommend. Thank you Misty, see you at our next appointment!
