I can understand from reading the past reviews on this Gastroenterology business, how people may be upset or/and frustrated with not receiving a phone call back for scheduling etc. as I too encountered, in the beginning of this professional relationship, what "appeared" to be negligence on Modesto Gastroenterology Medical; Was NOT. What I've learned since having 2 different surgical procedures with Dr. Elsaker, is that they are SUPER IN DEMAND... Whether I am in-office for a follow-up or a telephone appointment (LOVE THIS OPTION) for a follow-up the staff are always moving & doing something that appears to be professional. I highly recommend Dr. Sakr to anyone needs gastroenterology.-They are super friendly and professional.-Easy to schedule an appointment over the phone.-They listen and care about your health.-The are on time for the appointment.

I don’t believe the low ratings on that place, especially those who talk about waiting time and answering the phone, witch I’m sure that is incorrect. They answer the phone very quickly and really on time for the appointments.Sally, the office manager is easily reachable if more information/ insurance clarification needed.Thank you so much Guys?
