I called the shop today to inquire about an arrangement and same-day delivery and I was pleasantly surprised. Exotic Flowers delivered an amazing product the same day, and at the time I requested. Their customer service and exemplary workmanship is unmatched!! The florist whom I initially spoke with on the phone messaged me personally to ask which vase I'd like as they did not have the one pictured on-line. She also sent me a picture of the arrangement, which was gorgeous!!! My family and I will definitely be returning to this top-notch establishment for all our floral needs. I had originally ordered flowers from another florist, but they delayed it by 3 days. I got on the phone with Sarai and she was a big help in making sure my flowers were delivered even with short notice. 11/10!

My dad recently came and bought flowers from George and loved the experience and friendly customer service. He is happy to have found a florist in Modesto that he can continue to come back to.
