I got there just before closing time, and the young gentleman was so kind and told me not to worry. He spent his time explaining the different flooring choices, which makes them each higher or lower than the other. He showed me how to scan the code and upload the floor onto an existing photo of the current room. This gives you an idea of how it will look in your home. He provided samples of the top 3 pics and wrote estimate quotes for each. I was super impressed with his customer service, and I'm so sad that I completely blank on his name. But I did appreciate all his help!

Brock (sales associate) was really helpful and his follow up and service was just top notch. Brock is very knowledgeable, making the purchase super easy. Really could not have been any better. When Brock was not available he made sure an associate (Tony) had our information and was able to help us. Tony was also super helpful and professional. Thank you Brock & Tony!!!

Wonderful experience overall. We were able to tell the wonderful sales associate what we needed and she was able to find a product that fit our budget and color pallet request. We were able to get what we needed for a small project same day and in a reasonable amount of time. Great service and happy with our choice!
