I can’t say enough good things about Pete and his team. Whether you are buying, selling or both, you’ll get great honest service and knowledge with Pete. He has sold two of my homes which both received multiple offers and sold over ask. Our purchase also went very smoothly. We recently moved out of state and Pete took the time to research and find us an agent to assist in another purchase. He connected us with a wonderful agent that we remain in contact with as friends. Thank you Pete! I’m not one to leave great reviews unless I’m truly impressed and Pete’s work ethic and energy is impressive! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
