I have used J & M Phillips for my business I manage in Turlock, Merced and Modesto for over 15 years. I have never had a complaint and use them for all my services at my house. Every employee I have met are just good people! I 100% trust the owner and never have to worry if I am getting ripped off. All around a great business and great people. I highly recommend them.
