I've been going to International House of Barbers for years now. Che is my barber, but I have also been cut by Fredo. They both get down. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. We talk a lot of smack in there, but that's what makes a good barber shop. If you try them, you won't be disappointed.
It may or may not be a hidden gem, but it for sure is one of the better barbershops in Modesto. They have a diverse staff and only take appointments on booksys so when you arrive your barber is basically ready for you. I am from the Bay Area so it was refreshing to find this spot.
I don't know if there are people reviewing based on atmosphere of exterior but if you're looking for a good professional haircut done by professional barbers like your dad went to then you will like it here . Barber D is a Great Barber and Beard Shaper. 5 STARS
