We had their services for four years. You don't get the same caregiver for very long. Many times they quit or they trade them off so you don't know whos coming in the morning. The office employee s are also quiting often. Theres always a shortage of people. My husband who is a Veteran and they gave him the boot on Veterans day. They just called and said we don't have anyone to send so we're dropping you. They could have at least given us a couple of days heads up. I had to miss doctor appointments and my husband felt bad for me. He felt guilty for me having to take care of him the whole week. I never want him to feel worthless and a burden. Life is tough
I have had such a great experience with Interim HomeStyle. My husband is a veteran and as soon as they got the okay from the VA, they were here the next day to help us with the transition from a rehab to home.
