He has done a few very big jobs for me and they do our all our maintenance. I would not trust anyone else to do our heating and cooling. “Just wanted to add a review for Action Appliance. They were recommended by our local appliance shop to install a new fridge that we bought earlier this year after our old one died. Initially we were scheduled out a couple of weeks, but they were willing to call us back as cancellations popped up and they were eventually able to get us in a few days earlier, which was much appreciated. On install day, they did a fantastic job of taking out the old fridge and putting in the new one - both guys worked as a team and were careful about getting the fridge in properly and aligned with the existing cabinet and flooring. It took several hours to get the fridge fully installed, but they stayed late to make sure it was ready to go before they left. We had a small issue after installation, and they sent someone up within a couple of days to take a look at it with the factory rep on the phone, which was also super helpful.“

“I read a negative review on here talking about Luke and it's ridiculous. He is one of the most knowledgeable techs you'll ever meet. If he is in your backyard for 30 minutes, he is checking the coolant levels in your system and that takes a long time. They installed a complete system in my house a few years ago. They are a great group of guys. I've recommended them to a few friends that had A/C emergencies when it was 100° and they took care of them the same day. Today my father-in-laws heater wouldn't turn on. I called Chris and Luke showed up 10 mins later and fixed it fast. Great service, highly recommended.“
