Ashley Dinneen of Franklin and Downs McHenry Chapel recently helped our family plan a celebration of life for our loved one. Her expertise, kindness and patience guided us every step of the way towards the service we strived for to honor his memory. Family and friends alike appreciated the uplifting, comforting and peaceful service that beautifully represented his personality as well as his wishes. We can't say enough about Franklin & Downs and the service we received from Felisha and the staff attending the graveside service. Everything was professionally handled and with great respect and sincerity. They made the procedure and decisions to be made at a difficult time complete very smoothly, and met all our needs and last minute changes that family requested with a smile. We would recommend their services and staff to all in need. Again, thank you for guiding us through this difficult time and making us feel like you were part of our family.
Ashley, Felicia and Lynn at Franklin & Downs were an absolute pleasure to work with. They all helped us navigate a sorrowful situation and helped us plan a beautiful sending off for my father.
