We had an excellent experience with the whole team at Dycus heating and air conditioning Inc! The owner was extremely kind to share all his knowledge and help us make the right decision for our needs. Doug that helped us troubleshoot our system before the new unit was a huge help. The team that came to install our system led by project manager Kieth, was very professional and courteous. Dominic handled the outside unit, while Steve, Adam and Alex were up in our hot attic attacking that part of the install. Kieth doubled checked everything and kept us up to date every step of the job. The guys were so careful bringing ladders and equipment through our house and up two flights of stairs. They cleaned up after themselves and got the job done in one day! The office staff at Dycus has been helpful and prompt as well. What a great team- efficient and hard working! (We all know that is not easy to come by these days!) Huge Thank you!
