Vitaly is precise and promptly met our needs. He came out and measured what kind of toilet we needed and came back after an hour to finish the job when I realized I bought the wrong one. (He can buy toilets for you, but we opted in gettin it ourselves.) We had a toilet to be replaced and Vitaly was able to assess why our toilet was cracking and where the leaks were coming from. He had a great solution to allow the toilet to lay evenly to the floor. He replaced all old hoses with new ones, installed the new toilet with new closet bolts and double flanges, we had him fix our dishwasher as well. He offers a 6 month guarantee on all his work.
