Edwin showed up to work on my ac unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue promptly and cleaned up my ac unit afterwards. I would recommend this company based on my recent experience.

These days when you read a review sometimes you don't know if the people are really being truthful or if the review is from a friend or family member just to boost a company's rating and reputation. I am not a family member or friend. This is an honest, objective review. I have ORHP home insurance and had called the end of June 2020 for my AC to be looked at because of an unusual noise I was hearing. The other two vendors were horrible. One never showed and the other had such a scathing review that I never had contact with him. The first vendor did not come out as scheduled for either appt that THEY scheduled. I have used C&M for rental property near Modesto. They are reliable and reasonable. If you want an honest repair service, then this is worth the wait. I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else in the area. Thanks for always doing a fantastic job.
