This company does a solid job of designing, building and installing kitchen cabinets but don't expect any long term customer service support. We used them 5 years ago and choose Spun Wool as a color. It was an off white/ gray color that is no longer offered. The paint was not fully water proof and now the damage is extensive. We reached out earlier this year to B&B and were told we were not under warranty - we fully expected to pay for any service. We asked for paid help to repaint or give us advice on options. Just be warned- terrible customer service. I tried at least 4 times to receive an estimate after they sent someone to measure my kitchen. Almost 1 month later- still no estimate. I understand that COVID makes things a little difficult right now in the home remodel business but they were terrible at even responding to me despite having spoken on the phone and sending several emails. Every customer should feel important and like a priority even if you are busy. Would not recommend.

I ordered two small panels from B&B cabinets 1/2” stock with a white melamine face with.countersunk holes for mounting. They quoted me $50 which is reasonable.I received a call first to say they did not have the 1/3 material but would build the panels using 3/4” material. I stated that would not work so the Project Manager Danielle stated they would build them from some other 1/2” material they happened to have on hand.I arrived the next day to pick them up and they panels were not white, did not have melamine, no holes drilled, large chipping on the face and edges, dried glue all over them, etc.Danielle stated that they are a busy shop and they did not have... read full review
