Advance Urgent Care and Med Spa

Thank you to the staff and doctors at this med spa! It also functions as an urgent care on the other side of the building which is very helpful! I came in for some Botox around my eyes, and my forehead. They are reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly! The establishment is very clean and thanks to the numbing cream they applied it was not painful at all I love my results! This is five days after Botox injections!

I went to this location after dealing with an upper respiratory infection for three weeks. Due to not having a primary care doctor I had been to a different urgent care and ER and only seemed to be getting worse. Joselyn Deculing, NP at this location has a great bedside manner. She's patient, listens and explains everything really well. I was prescribed the same medication she gave me weeks before but this time she explained how to take it and what it does unlike the first time it was prescribed. I followed her advice and immediately started to see an improvement in my symptoms. I truly appreciate her approach and will definitely go back there in the future.
