Michael called the morning of my dishwasher installation to give me an estimated time or arrival, very polite and professional. He called again when he was on his way. Arrived on time. Introduced himself, gave a preliminary estimate. He found a couple of problems, explained everything, showed me defective parts, gave an estimate. Installed and fixed problems in a timely manner. Gave me final estimate, had me check his work. This technician was the best. Polite, professional, explained everything before he did it. He was the best ever. I was really in a bind when the Home Depot Installation guys walked off the job. Yes, I PAID for the install! Anyway, to complicate things, our brand new dishwasher had a cord that was TOO short and could not be plugged in. Perry called through the referral program HD has, and I'm glad he did. He was here the next morning and worked diligently to get the job done! Even going above and beyond to make a happy customer. In the end, that I am! A happy customer who appreciates great service!
