PLEASE READ !!!! I just moved out here from Las Vegas, and I was in search for a nail salon and a wax salon and I wasn't having any luck I went to European wax and it was awful ! I also had went to 2 other nails salons and I wasn't happy with my nails , coming from Las Vegas it's hard to be satisfied because Vegas is full of entertainers and it's a tourist state so they do a really good job. I had given up and said well I'll just have to settle ... until I came to Ventian Nail Spa !!! I wasn't sure about getting a wax here because I have never had a wax at a nail salon but I'm sooo happy I did it !! MAR was awesome !!! She made sure I was comfortable and she asked if the wax temperature was ok , she also made sure I was satisfied with my Brazilian wax I was just so happy ! She's really really good !!! I was really spoiled in Vegas and I was so depressed but I'm so happy I found my go to spot for nails and wax !!! Iris did my nails and they were perfect she also made sure I was happy with how they were turning out I'm so happy !! I was a bit sad that I couldn't tip them because I didn't have cash on me they do have a ATM . But i only had Apple Pay but next time I will definitely take cash for tip because they truly deserve it !! Please ask for MAR if you get a wax

I moved to this salon from the Riverbank GC when Christina did. One million times better! This salon has enough staffing so even when they are busy, the wait is never much. Clear that the ownership is different and actually values the employees. Not all Great Clips are the same. This one is worth the drive from whatever part of town you’re at (especially Riverbank). Check in on the app before you head that way. Christina is the best!

Darrell is a dream come true when it comes to a hair dresser who listens to what you want. Usually what I have in mind is also what he has in mind, so that works out even better. He takes his time and gives a great shampoo and an amazing cut. I recently decided after about ten years of straight hair I would like to get a perm again. I was nervous especially since I did it a few days before an important event. Darrell did fantastic. I could not be happier and I have received so many compliments from everyone. I love planet beach in Modesto. I live in Manteca & drive to Modesto weekly for spray tan. I've tried the Manteca Planet beach, but the spray tan was not even close to the tan I get at the Modesto location. I purchased the same tan color with booster in Manteca as I do in Modesto & the tan I get I'm Modesto is WAY better. I asked them at both locations if they use the same product. They both told me it's the same. I'm not sure what the difference is, but they're is an oblivious difference. Anyway, I definitely recommend the Planet Beach in Modesto for anyone looking for a beautiful tan.

She listens and does what you like, if you're not happy she fixes it but I've always been happy w her work and her expertise. She cleans the lashes before and after as well. I like things to be clean especially if going on my face or lashes and everything has been done to my standards. I appreciate that she wears a mask too! I wish I could go more often shes a little far for me but I'm def going back.

The place is such a hidden gym. Ive probably had about 6 to 8 massages there over the years and I only got one I wouldn't recommend again, but I dont think she works there any more and she had great conversation skills. But first and foremost, there isnt a place comparable in Modesto as far as venue is concerned. Its beautiful back there and the only place I can think of that compares in like a sure thing for a massage is Renees day spa. The massages are consistent, the place is beautiful once you get inside and it just conveys essential oil comfort. Also its not overwhelming if youre scent sensitive. I opted for the therapeutic massage rather than swedish and I was not disappointed. Ask for Tate, she is awesome.

I came into my appointment pretty anxious I won't lie (since these were the first tattoos I've ever gotten) but Ken was very helpful with the process and helped me go over everything about tattoos and the aftercare that goes into them. He struck up some good conversation to help the time and pain pass by. The office was also really clean and had a TV so that we could have some background noise or that I could focus on it instead of the pain. Overall it was a really good first time experience over here and I'll definitely be going again in the future.

Such clean and smooth line work, the tattoos I have gotten with her look so much darker (in a good way) and bolder than the other tattoos I have. I have 10+ tattoos(some large ones) and can say getting work done with her was some of the quickest and painless tattoos I have gotten on some painful areas. Months later and tattoos literally still look like the day I got em if not better. Planning on getting any other tattoos in the future with Becca!

My insurance company referred City Water Conservation to me due to water damage that occurred within my house. The leak was very difficult to find as it was between the first and second floor. The water was dripping onto sheet metal from a furnace duct and dripping down a wall that had no pipes in it. Noor was very persistent in trying to find the source. When he finally determined where it was coming from, it was apparent that it would be very difficult to access in order to make the repair. The company then sent Michael out who had "a few tricks up his sleeve". Michael figured out what to do and managed to replace the leaky pipe. Thank you Noor and Michael! You and your company were great to deal with.

This is the third time I have used these guys. Side note: don't buy a house made in the 80s. My latest issue was a water heater died. Not an old heater, this one was only 4 years old but they came out and navigated the warrenty process and put in 2 different parts the manufactuer said would fix it -- the 2nd on his day off! These guys have been amazing every time I needed them. They are professional and respond quickly, show an attention to detail that is unmatched. Highly recommend!

I own a home in both Modesto and Antioch. I hired these people to come out for a service call on my home in Modesto. The people renting the place, complained of a problem that stemmed from under the sink. The response time was fairly quick with them, they came right out. They had to switch out a disposal, and they were able to do it fairly quick. I feel they were reasonably priced, and provided a good service / good rate. I kept their information and I'm sure I'd work with them again in the future..

This was one of the best experiences with a contractor I have ever had. They did what they said they would. Arrived on time. And went over and above to get everything perfect. I had them install six plugs in my garage, two plugs outside, a two way switch on my bedroom fan/light, and a ceiling fan. Everything was installed perfectly, and they cleaned up after. Great work, fair price, on time, and easy to deal with. What more could you ask for? I will definitely use them again!

I got there just before closing time, and the young gentleman was so kind and told me not to worry. He spent his time explaining the different flooring choices, which makes them each higher or lower than the other. He showed me how to scan the code and upload the floor onto an existing photo of the current room. This gives you an idea of how it will look in your home. He provided samples of the top 3 pics and wrote estimate quotes for each. I was super impressed with his customer service, and I'm so sad that I completely blank on his name. But I did appreciate all his help!

My AC unit kept tripping the fuse in the breaker box and I was super worried. With this hott weather there was no way I could keep my baby inside a 100° house. I called Ken, he was here within a hour or so. He is very helpful, polite and professional. Oscar and his team, Dario and Joshua, did an amazing job with our exterior house painting project. They worked hard and got our one story stucco home done after we waited out the heatwave that kicked off July.
Our house was overdue for new paint after 10+ years since our diy paint job and we decided to hire professionals to get the job done. After researching painters, Oscar was recommended by a friend - who saw some of his work in a different neighborhood.
From the start, Oscar was attentive, honest, friendly, and accommodating to what we wanted done. We knew what color we wanted for the base color with an idea for the trim and no clue for the door color.
Oscar is very knowledgeable and helped with matching a good trim color and lovely door color that tied everything together. He also offered some ideas to help enhance the look of the house (ie garage door color, color on the stucco popouts) that we took him up on and the overall result looks amazing - like a whole new house! We have security gates and bars and opted for Oscar and his team to paint them as well.
Oscar, Dario, and Joshua arrived early each day and did great work. They were meticulous, courteous, always kept us in the loop, and cleaned up. The care they had for our project really reflected in their work and it was a good overall experience from start to finish. We will definitely hire Oscar and his team again for any painting needs.

We decided to hire Donovan and his team after our initial meeting with them to discuss plans and their course of work. We were immediately ready to sign a contract after Mr. Adrian emphasized how important communication was for his clients and team. True to his word, he contacted us every single day for the entirety of the project to give us a heads up on what to expect for the next and and/or following week. It was so helpful given our already busy lifestyle. We were always given enough time to plan accordingly if we needed to be out of the house for any length of time.

Great people to work with from start to finish. They did our master bathroom and bedroom fire place and we will have them back to do more work in the near future. The one thing we really liked is that the all the supplies are up to you so if you have a budget in mind it falls on you to stay there. If you have all your supplies work is never delayed. Do appreciate that when you run something by them they will suggest something that looks the same but will save you money. They even told us where to go for our supplies for the best prices. They always showed up on time and did a full days work. Kept their area as clean as they could being an active construction zone. We were there largest bathroom they have ever done and we could not be happier with the outcome.

We chose All about Kitchens based on positive reviews and also because we really liked the fact that they were a One Stop Shop. They had flooring, cabinets, countertops, hardware etc. Jennifer came out and gave an honest opinion of what we could do. She took measurements and said that our granite countertops were good as were our cabinets so we chose to paint our cabinets and add new hardware with several pull out drawers. We also went with newer type flooring they offered. A hybrid core laminate/vinyl. We put flooring throughout the house. This took only 2 weeks and the team was great. Casey the owner, project manager, was on top of everything. We really appreciated that! We couldn't be happier with the final project.

May/June 2024 - I had an interesting experience recently at Precision Dentistry. First, if memory serves, Dr. Topham's practice, which I began seeing in the 1970's begat Dr. Schmidt's Practice, which begat Precision Dentistry. I don't recall the name of the current desist I am seeing, as staff seems to change more frequently than ever. (Note the change from an office with a medical professional's name associated with it, to a generic name.)
Anyway, I recently found myself in need of a return visit for a crown that had come off. As I recall this was at least the second time this ha happened on this tooth as I know I had to cement it back on a time or two when the thing came off before. The "newer" installation didn't hold and came off, requiring another return visit. Then that one came off, which I glued on twice myself using a recommended product.
When I arrived, I indicated the above story to the hygienist, who became defensive and strident, defending the previous actions, she reached a point of agitation that I had to caution her to "dial it down a bit." She seemed to lessen her agitation a bit, and then began to admit that the communication could have been better. In 33 years of teaching middle and high school students, I have never had to tell one to "dial it down." A new experience in a medical/dental office to be sure.
A temporary crown was put on again and a date set to return for the final one. I made it clear that I was soon to leave on a trip to France for 10 days and didn't want the experience ruined by dental issues.
The crown has held, but another tooth's partial fill fell out a few days before the end of the trip. Now I am nursing two places in my dental work and waiting for the end of the month, when was the soonest they could see me.
At the end of the day, I am someone who takes care of his teeth (that's probably why I have all but my wisdom teeth removed in my teens) and am wondering if all of this is coincidence or otherwise.
Oh yes, normally, I get a request to submit a review, sometimes before I get out to my car. It's been nearly a couple of weeks, and didn't get one so I went on Google and posted.
8-7-2024 - Today's cleaning went quite well. I am good for another six months!
I just came by yesterday for a 6 month cleaning/check up. I was introduced to a fairly new hygienist for the first time. She was very thorough and professional. I also met Dr Fields who will be doing further work for me this year. I highly recommend Vintage Dental.

I have going to Dr. Mike for years. He is friendly, quick and provides excellent care. He has saved me on many occasions. He has also had the same staff for a long time. That definitely says something about the provider!

Great place I had gone to urgent care they gave me meds for pain and anti inflammatory gel to rub on my knee plus ice the pain. Waited a week no change I went to Dr Early one adjustment on my knee and a little icing on my knee the next day no pain. When he adjusted knee I could feel it go back into place swelling subsided too!
Every time I have seen Dr. Fair, he's helped me with my pains. He has been more than helpful, always listened and helped to reduce or remove various them. He's got a refreshing attitude.
So far so good. Understandably this will take for me but I have faith in this business. My body is pretty messed up. Staff is super nice and the doctor listens to your needs. They do chiropractic work and also massages. Also you're in and out pretty fast.

Dr Weimer can tell what's wrong with my back without even touching me just by looking at it. He has done this several times and has always been 100% correct. I'm very impressed with Dr Weimer skills and he is 100% professional with a great attitude. Also, his dog Bones is really cool. I have seen other chiropractors in my life but he definitely is the most knowledgeable and the best skilled that I've ever met. He has relieved me from pain so many times I'm very grateful to know this man. I never leave reviews, but I feel that I need to let the public know that this is a valuable resource if you are in pain.
I saw dr. Tawfik Saleh in his office in Hayward and now I go to Modesto for my biweekly acupuncture and chiropractic visits. I like him and his staff because they listen and help me every time I go there. I love his new office in coffee road. It is very relaxing

I have used this vet twice, and received fantastic service from caring staff and really well skilled vets.
When the lab the blood test was sent to for my mare's Coggins test lost the sample, the vet came an hour drive to my house to redraw the blood that day for no charge. I had the results back in less than 24 hours so our trip went on as planned.
When I brought my beloved horse, whom I had for 25 years, for his final rest, I was given the most compassion that I have EVER had at a vet hospital. Over the last 50+ years of owning horses and doing a lot of rescue, I have never had such compassion from a vet and staff. This is absolutely the best equine vet in the Central Valley, hands down.
The only veterinary office I will take my pets to. Dr. Kahler is a great vet, very knowledgeable and personable. I had to say good bye to my ferret a couple years ago and he was right there with me almost crying along. He cares for your pet as much as you do. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. The rescue I foster dogs through needed a good value spay/neuter clinic so that we could stay within budget for our rescue dogs. This place was perfect for it! The pricing is very straightforward, drop-off and pick-up are well organized, and the staff were very nice despite the high volume. My current foster dog healed up very nicely without any issues and the sutures looked professionally done. We will absolutely bring future foster dogs here!
I can't say enough about this veterinarian hospital, I have 46 cats and I trust them with all of them. They are the best. I would give them a 100 stars if I could. They are gentle caring compassionate. They go above and beyond other duties. And what is expected of them? They treat all of my animals like they are their own.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Mike and Dr. Chad for many years. You cannot find better doctors in the area. There are so many reasons why I’m giving them this rating. The staff is wonderful, communications are excellent, they do what they say they are going to do, and you don’t wait for hours and hours to see them. You won’t find better fees. I would almost keep this rating to myself so that I can get appointments without competing with you. However, they are just so good that they deserve a 10 out of 5. Consider yourself lucky that I’m sharing this with you. I love my veterinarians.
Almost a year ago my dog suffered what was diagnosed as a type of stroke. I only ended up at sisk because it was the closest to my home in my emergency. That being said, the entire staff was beyond empathetic, understanding, making what I was thinking would be my dogs last day. Thankfully he slowly came out of it and has made almost a full recovery. The Dr. was extremely explanatory in options and continued care. For this reason, I will be taking him back for an ear issue he's continued to have that the seemingly "top clinic" in Escalon couldn't seem to get a handle on.
I love this clinic. They care about your babies well being, and is actually much easier on the pocket compared to other vets I have been to. Staff is super friendly and caring. Plus, I was in and out each time I went. I will continue to bring my children here for future care. Thank you.

Fanci is an incredible massage therapist. She communicates effectively and is extremely professional. I felt at ease almost immediately. Her space is charming and inviting but more importantly it is clean. I had never been on such a comfy, squishy massage table before with the huge bonus of having a heated option! I did the stretching combo with her and she took the time to give me resources for moves I can do at home to help ease my problem areas. Hands down, she gave me the best massage I have ever had. I feel lucky to have found her!

I was very happy. My husband and I came for a massage. Their massage technique is very good. After massage, my body is relaxed. My back and waist are very sour. I pressed it twice, but I didn't feel this way. The massage was really comfortable as both my wife and I were sitting at work every day, this is a recommended massage shop for a reasonable price.

My son is almost 4 months old and has to go to PT for torticollis in his neck. His physical therapist, Halle, is amazing with him and I would definitely recommend her. My son is always smiling and has a good time there. Also everyone I have met there has been extremely nice. The facilities and equipment are nice and are kept very clean. My only con so far is that the waiting area is small and sometimes gets a little packed when a lot of people have their appointment at the same time.
They don't let you give up. The people here are so sweet, kind, understanding, and will laugh with you to get through it. They have seen so much pain walk through their doors, and still they're only true goal is to help you. They have become like family to me, and that doesn't mean they'll take it easy on me. They know what I'm capable of, and they will stop at nothing to get my strength and independence back. I am forever grateful!

Great doctor! However, I have been seeing him for 4 years now and he has maybe ran on time 2% of the time. 98% of the time he runs 20-40min late. My time is valuable but so is my face which is why I keep going back. Most of the staff is friendly.
