I have been a hair client of Sara Ha, the owner of Top Care Hair and Nail for 5 years and her work is fabulous! I have natural dark brown hair and have transitioned to light brown with blonde highlights the past few years and it's amazing at how many compliments I received with my new look. I tell Sara what I want and she delivers. Thank you Sara for all your recommendations! The cost for my color, highlights and haircuts are more reasonable compared to other south county hair salons. The quality is the best! I always let my friends know about her hair salon. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I went in for pedicures this morning. All the ladies were so nice and they did a great job! My husband also got a hair cut she did a great job. Two important things 1. reasonably priced!!! 2. The ladies were NOT pushy at all it was great!!!

do not !!!! ever get your nails done hear "ever "!!!!! however 5stares is for my lynn and sara for your hair needs????? ☺️cant go anywere else for my hair 3 years strong different cuts color highlight styles and 100 persent satisfied every time but do not do your nails hear ☑️
