What a terrific concept for a business. We often do not stretch prior to workouts or just regular daily activities. My wife purchased me a certificate for 50 minutes of stretching, so I went to my appointment this morning. I walked in and met Shanaya Gordon, who does an amazing job handling incoming customers, phones, follow-ups, scheduling, and store purchases, which I witnessed while there. I checked in early and took a few photos to accompany my review. Cynthia Lopez was my stretch trainer and was stellar at what she did. I never realized how "bound up" and tight Ive been all my life until Stephanie helped me relax and discover through assisted stretching how to enjoy feeling "younger" again. I don't know how to talk about my daily emotional stress and how 40 years of business stress have misaligned my body...but with Stephanie Ive learned how to relax some, and enjoy what more normal muscles can feel like again. Im very content with my progress and look forward to regaining my long-lost flexibility.

I’ve been going to this StretchLab weekly for a little over a year. Everyone here is great. Stephanie, Lauren, Audreyiana and the whole team consistently provide first class service. They are an important part of my wellness plan.Definitely recommend!
