Honestly, what made it was the team they sent. Jose and Fernando showed up and were just the nicest guys. Super friendly, got right to work, and you could tell they were really careful with my stuff. It seems silly, but having a genuinely pleasant interaction with a service call like that is just so refreshing. They’re a real credit to the company.
