I can’t say enough great things about my experiences with Southland Urgent Care. My wife and I have been treated with respect and dignity at all times. The empathy and compassion that we’ve experienced there has been beyond all expectations. Bill is a true professional and It’s slmost impossible to express the gratitude and love that my wife and I have to Geri. She cares deeply about her patients and always goes the extra mile to make sure that our experience goes smoothly. And then there’s Dr Mel. Once upon a time, I would have been happy to give more stars if it hadn't been for Geri/Jerry the receptionist. She inserted herself in a conversation between two patients (which she was uninformed about - and incorrect) and told off someone on the phone all within the first 15 minutes I was in the waiting room. The doctor and nurses were friendly and kind to my ailing Mum. However, this Geri/Jerry person really should mind her manners. She came out from behind her desk/closed area and confronted me. I informed her she was incorrect. She continued to argue and harass me. ! I informed her to stop talking with me. She would not stop. She needed to try and convince... read full review

Am currently NOT residing in the state of California where Southland Family Dr Mel and staff were my most favorite people ! For over 15 plus years treating my family....The BEST care hands down. Having difficulty finding anyone who even comes close.. Unparalleled Quality Care I suggest to everyone
