My experience with OC Pools was truly top notch. The 11 year old filter pump and motor was very noisy and I consulted with Steve. He laid out the various options and I decided on a new unit. Five days later, Cory arrived on time and installed the new unit in a most professional manner. Both Steve and Cory were excellent communicators and true professionals. The adoption of technology by the company including docusign, electronic invoicing, delivery tracking was really eye opening. This not your father's pool service! STRONGLY RECOMMEND
This company did a superb job installing a new Pentair pool heater. The owner is a great communicator as is my technician Cory who did the install. He suggested some extra items needed on the pool equipment connections and explained the installation very comprehensively. I am so very grateful for all of their prompt and excellent work. I highly recommend them highly.
Beau is my pool guy.. he comes out once a week to do his chemistry magic.. he was out this week and got my pool running in ten minutes! I could not after 2 days of reading all my Pentair manuals get it to run.. I asked to pick his brain while he did his thing.. and in like 10 mins my pool was back up and running..! Beau is great, comes highly recommended..
