We had a major leak into our unit from the condo above. It had been leaking for awhile, but didn't show through the ceiling until major damage had already been done. Servepro of MV responded to my call right away. Their damage assessment was thorough and they worked very closely and efficiently with my insurance company to map out the restoration and secure the approvals needed to start the work. The project required drying out of the space above the kitchen, packing up the kitchen contents, removal of the cabinets and appliances, replacement of the ceiling, and restoration and reinstallation of all of the above.
