Really frustrating and disorganized.
I have done a lot of admin and have a lot of empathy for that job, but I had multiple very frustrating experiences here that left a bad taste in my mouth.
First, I did like the PA I saw but had to call three times over the course of multiple days to get my prescription changed from a $300 name brand to the generic.
Their website appointment system also doesn’t remotely match what they tell you on the phone. The first time I called and the receptionist said there were no appointments, so I made one online instead and did get seen that day.

I've been reading the reviews with 1 star, and it surprises me. I love Dr. Gebhard, and his staff has been good. I've had nothing but good experiences with a Doctor that I feel takes his time to listen to his patients.
Dr pino is a wonderful doctor but the staff here is very lacking. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner. How is it possible to take a whole week to get back to your patients regarding test results. I have to consistently call everyday and leave a message in order for someone to call me back. It used to be a great office. I'm not sure if new staff was hired or what happened but it's very unfortunate.
