I have to start by saying I'm so impressed with this company ! They are BY FAR the best! I was looking for a new air conditioner/furnace/thermostat because my system stopped working after 27 years in the dead of heat. I knew it was time. It's stressful too . I was deciding between a Lennox or what Iv had 27 years with no issues which was Carrier. I did research , Lennox parts are hard to get so I read reviews on this company who installs Carrier after getting two other quotes we went with Mission Viejo heating and air. Two days ago I went to my elderly parents' house and found out that the AC had been broken for several days. I was super worried about them in this heat so I sent out a bunch of messages on Yelp to AC companies. These guys responded the very next morning and gave us an appointment the next day- on a Sunday! They did not charge us a penny extra. Mark came out and very honestly diagnosed the problem and fixed it all at a super reasonable price. Thank you so much to this company and to Mark for fixing this issue so quickly. We are very grateful.

Our downstairs AC stopped working properly; it would produce cool air for a short time and then just blow uncooled air when it was supposed to be cooling. My wife had surgery scheduled (for today) after which she would have to reside downstairs for several weeks until healed which would be a problem with this heat we've been having and no AC. We'd had a technician out a couple days ago but his fix didn't work out but Mission Viejo Heating and Air worked quickly to make things right yesterday.
