I contacted Martin from Precision Plumbing to come out and check for a leak. Martin came out the next morning as scheduled and did a leak detection test and found the issue. He did a fantastic job on the repairs, issue was resolved fast. Martin is on time, responsive, very knowledgeable and very professional. We had a plumbing emergency with an active leak and flooding. Martin was responsive and came to our rescue. Martin identified the problem, fixed it, and put us in contact with a reputable remediation company to assist with the next steps. Part of the problem required a new hot water heater and Martin provided us with options and estimates the same day and installed it within 48 hrs.
