Personal plumbing was called to fix a leak in the attic. They were prompt, efficient. and thorough in telling me what the problem was. The agent even gave me the phone number of the manufacturer so that I could call to see if it is under warranty. They were also recommended by Andrew Rosa of Servpro, whom I trust very much.
Excellent customer service. Responded to my request with an hour. Sent technician within 2 hours. Jacob was wonderful. Knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Definitely impressed with this company and recommend without hesitation.
Cody was an exceptional service tech. His work was excellent and he left a very clean area after. His communication was clear and he thoroughly walked me through the steps to run my BBQ. If and when I need help, I would definitely BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!
