We met Peggy after walking into the Coldwell Banker office in Mission Viejo where she works. This was about two years ago, when the pandemic was in full swing. Peggy met with us, and we gave her some ideas about what we'd be looking for in an OC house in the near future. But the pandemic persisted, and our move from Northern California was delayed. I have visited many open houses recently and today (father's day). I want the home owners who work with Peggy to know that they have got the best of the best on their side. she is extremely professional, pleasant and goes beyond expectations for any home seller. I have worked with couple of agents that turned out to be "list and pray" agents. I love that she was giving out fresh rose to visitors. its these little things that separates agents. That was a beautiful gesture for a open house on father's days.

Peggy is a great realtor and I would recommend her in a heartbeat! As a new home buyer we weren't to sure what maintenance areas to pay attention to when touring the homes for sale but Peggy made sure to point out trouble spots or tips on future house maintenance. She is a wealth of knowledge and made the home buying process as painless as possible! Even came with us to sign docs in case we had questions. She is always available and just one call away! We are so thankful she was a part of our home buying adventure and for helping us find our beautiful home!!!
