-My husband began seeing Dr. Alvord and began feeling so much better after his back strain. He suggested I visit Dr. A for my terrible neck/head pain. -When I finally went, Dr. Alvord recognized my symptoms, identified some potential causes and adjusted me with great success!! I'd NEVER been to a chiropractor before (I'm 50 years old)! -Scheduling is a breeze. Dr. O'Toole has also helped both of us when we needed last minute care when we were hurting and Dr. A was tied up. -I should also mention the atmosphere in the office. I am not a fan on chiropractor visits and rarely go but finally decided I better when I was experiencing tingling in my lower neck and finger. I found this doctor in Aetna website and it was close to home. I genuinely like Dr. O'Toole. He takes time with his patients, provides great explanations and has convenient hours. My experiences with his front staff have been amazing. Friendly. Prompt. Hassle free. I have seen him twice now and even had adjustments which have always terrified me. He is gentle, kind, understanding. Definitely would recommend him. Wish more doctors visits had the same positive experiences as his because I don't dread going to him.
