Went to VCA Olympad while vacationing in the area for a serious situation with my dog Maggie who has heart issues, stopped eating. My daughter recommended the hospital based on excellent service received for her dog Elton. Excellent customer service. Very organized and timely. Very compassionate care, great suite of competencies, great follow up and provide clear information. The x-rays taken and diagnostics completed were instrumental in her continued care when I came home. Am very grateful.
Brought my dog in today for his annual check up/ shots/ and a nail clipping. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Margoles, who is awesome. He is calm, interested, and informative. He really seemed to care and kept it simple. Also, very friendly staff across the board. They were very helpful - I requested my dog's health history via email and they sent it right away. Dr. Margolis is a very caring and extremely knowledgeable vet. I have been taking my dogs to him for years and he has been amazing in diagnosing, providing care and following up after care.
