Sensei Doug has helped our kids become more flexible, stronger, and more confident. He really cares about the kids and he holds them accountable when they are not following instructions or goofing around. He does it in a nice way, not like a drill instructor. The kids respect him. Great dojo!

My son started attending Nova Star in the early summer of 2020. He immediately developed a passion and commitment for the art. Sensi Doug has provided the perfect balance of training and mentoring him. Teaching him the value of dedication, setting goals and working toward new achievements. His time at Novastar has been a very rewarding experience!

Our son has been attending classes here for 6 months and he loves it! He has made good friends here and I really enjoy the other families that bring their kids here. The classes are smaller and intimate and the students get personalized attention. The classes are fun and constructive. I appreciate the structure that the classes bring to our routine.
