Gene and his crew painted my two-story 2,500 sq ft house exterior in two tones and did a great job. Gene inspired my confidence as soon as I met him for the estimate. His estimate was not the lowest of the five estimates I got, but MV Painting hit all the marks, as far as I was concerned. Gene was very concerned about getting my house looking like new. We even had a long discussion about how to make my front door hardware look good. The crew came quickly and finished in just a few days. They were very attentive to the property, even re-installing my drip irrigation system for the potted plants. Everything was well masked and protected. Since my house hadn't been painted in over 25 years (!), it used a lot more paint than anticipated, but Gene absorbed that extra cost even though I offered to cover it. We discovered that my balcony had some termite and damp rot damage; his crew repaired that at a minor additional cost. They even painted my gas meter and side gate, which we hadn't even discussed.
